4. Pied-à-Terre & Move-In Refinement
Thoughtful transformation of existing spaces through strategic furniture curation, refined styling, and considered finishing details. Perfect for secondary residences, newly purchased homes, or furnished spaces requiring elevation and cohesion. Our process includes space assessment, design concept development, furniture sourcing and placement, art and accessory curation, and full installation. The result is a polished, livable interior that feels intentionally composed rather than accumulated. Ideal for: Pied-à-terre owners, recent buyers, or clients seeking to refine already-furnished spaces with design clarity and elevated taste. Investment: $20,000 minimum. Most projects range $20,000–$45,000 depending on rooms included, procurement scope, and styling complexity.
Creative Direction
Strategic design vision and expert direction for clients who want professional design guidance without full-service implementation. We develop comprehensive concept boards, detailed material palettes, furniture plans, and a clear execution roadmap—whether you're working with contractors, managing in phases, or coordinating with other professionals. This service provides the design clarity and confidence you need to move forward decisively, with access to our studio's refined aesthetic judgment and technical expertise. Ideal for: Design-minded clients seeking professional direction and elevated vision without requiring our full implementation services. Also valuable for phased projects or clients with existing contractor relationships. Investment: $15,000 minimum for comprehensive creative direction. Scope-dependent projects typically range $15,000–$35,000. Initial Design Consultation: 3-hour intensive studio session available separately at $1,500 (credited toward any project engagement within 30 days).

Expert interior design leadership throughout your renovation journey. We provide design vision, finish selections, fixture specifications, contractor coordination, and on-site oversight to ensure your project maintains design integrity while staying on schedule and within budget. This service bridges the gap between architectural planning and lived reality—translating blueprints into beautiful, functional interiors through material expertise, spatial refinement, and proactive problem-solving. Ideal for: Clients working with architects or contractors who need interior design expertise, finish selection guidance, and project oversight to achieve a refined, cohesive result. Investment: $35,000 minimum. Most renovation direction engagements range $35,000–$85,000+ depending on project scale, construction budget, and timeline. Pricing typically includes design services and project management (15-20% of construction costs may apply for comprehensive oversight).
